I am truly impressed at how TaylorMade Events pulled off an amazing party for me. They helped me from start to finish with every detail. They handled my needs (and wants) with professionalism and grace and went out of their way to take care of every detail for my event. My guests had an amazing time, and enjoyed an unforgettable experience as did I. Would I engage their services in the future? ABSOLUTELY!!

As much as I love facilitating events, I DO NOT love the behind-the-scene planning that has to take place in order to have a successful event. I just recently hosted my 5th Purpose, Passion, Profit (p3) Breakthrough Experience and I have to thank Vivian DeSouza of TaylorMade Events for helping to make this a wonderful experience. She has a passion for events planning. She helped coordinate event needs with the venue as well as work with the caterers, suppliers and vendors. Even through challenges that can pop up when planning an event, she always remained positive, professional, and was very encouraging.

As I sit here writing this review about the outstanding job Vivian did for our conference, I can’t wait for the next one. Working with Vivian and TaylorMade, the event made my job effortless and stress-free. The amazing professionalism, time-sensitive and creativity that was executed gave me as the event host the autonomy to work in my line as the host. Vivian worked hotel bookings for speakers and me, travel, day of operations, décor for the venue, venue booking and so much more. During and after our event, there were so many compliments from guest and speakers that acknowledge the professionalism that she and her team executed. For my next event, there is no doubt who I will be contacting.

I had no idea how to make my vision and dream of a successful book launching party happen. That is not until I meet Vivian of TaylorMade Events. This team is amazing at making a dream a reality. They gave me step by step instructions long before the event and thought of things that I would never have thought of. I was reassured by their hard work and professionalism that everything would work out. This is an understatement! My book launch party was a perfect success.
